Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

These terms govern your use of the AnyCourt app and website. By using AnyCourt, you agree to these terms.

AnyCourt is operated by FortyThirty Ltd (company number 17046550), a company registered in England and Wales.

What AnyCourt does

AnyCourt monitors tennis and padel court availability across London and sends you alerts when slots matching your preferences become available. You can also search for courts using natural language through our AI-powered chat search feature.

We provide availability information only. We do not operate courts or process bookings. When you tap an alert or search result, you are redirected to the venue's own booking system to complete your booking.

We do not guarantee that a slot will still be available when you attempt to book. Court availability changes in real time and slots may be booked by others before you complete your booking.

AI-powered search

AnyCourt includes an AI-powered chat search feature that uses artificial intelligence to interpret your natural language queries and find relevant court availability.

AI search results are provided for convenience and may not always perfectly interpret your intent. Results are based on real-time availability data but may not reflect the most up-to-date state of a venue's booking system. Always verify availability on the venue's website before relying on search results.

Search queries are processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI). See our privacy policy for details on how your data is handled.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

One account per person. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Features

All features are free for registered users:

  • Browse court availability across all venues
  • AI-powered natural language court search
  • Instant email and push notifications
  • Unlimited active alerts
  • Cancellation and new date release alerts
  • Filter by days, times, and duration

Certain marketplace features (e.g. court slot transfers) may involve payments processed through Stripe. If you experience technical issues, contact us at hello@anycourt.app.

Marketplace

AnyCourt provides a marketplace feature that allows registered users to list court bookings they can no longer use ("Sellers") and allows other registered users to purchase those bookings ("Buyers"). AnyCourt acts solely as a facilitator of these transactions. AnyCourt is not a party to any agreement between Buyer and Seller, does not take ownership of any booking, and does not guarantee that any booking transfer will be accepted or honoured by the venue or booking provider.

Seller responsibilities

By listing a booking for sale on the marketplace, you as a Seller represent and warrant that:

  • You are the genuine holder of the booking and have full authority to transfer it
  • The booking is valid, has not been cancelled, and has not already been sold or transferred to another party
  • All information provided in the listing (including venue, court, date, time, and price) is accurate and complete
  • The booking was acquired lawfully and for personal use, not for commercial resale purposes
  • You have reviewed and understand any terms and conditions imposed by the venue, booking platform, or local authority that may restrict or prohibit the transfer or resale of the booking
  • You accept sole responsibility for ensuring your listing complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms, including those of the venue operator, booking platform, and any relevant local authority or council
  • You understand that once a sale is confirmed, the booking transfer is processed automatically and the sale cannot be cancelled

Once a Buyer purchases your listing, the sale is final. You may not cancel a confirmed sale and relist the same booking at a higher price. Sellers whose listings are found to be fraudulent or inaccurate may be charged replacement costs and may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Buyer responsibilities

By purchasing a booking on the marketplace, you as a Buyer acknowledge and agree that:

  • AnyCourt does not guarantee that the venue or booking provider will accept or honour the transferred booking
  • Some venues or booking providers may have terms that restrict or prohibit the transfer of bookings, and it is your responsibility to understand those terms before purchasing
  • All sales are final once confirmed, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law
  • AnyCourt is not liable for any refusal of entry, cancellation of the booking by the venue, or any other issue arising from the underlying booking or its transfer

Platform role and disclaimers

AnyCourt acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting Buyers and Sellers. AnyCourt does not own, operate, or manage any court or venue. AnyCourt does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the validity, legality, or transferability of any booking listed on the marketplace.

AnyCourt makes no representations or warranties regarding whether a particular venue or booking provider permits the resale or transfer of bookings. Compliance with venue terms, booking provider terms, and all applicable laws is the sole responsibility of the Seller and the Buyer.

AnyCourt is not responsible for and disclaims all liability in connection with: the cancellation or refusal of any booking by a venue or booking provider; disputes between Buyers and Sellers; the accuracy of listing information provided by Sellers; or any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from a transferred booking being refused, cancelled, or otherwise not honoured.

Fees and payments

AnyCourt charges a service fee on marketplace transactions. The applicable fee is displayed to the Seller before a transaction is confirmed. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Seller payouts are held until 24 hours after the booked slot time has passed. This dispute window allows Buyers to raise issues if the booking was not as described, was invalid, or entry was refused. If no dispute is raised within this period, the payout is released to the Seller's connected Stripe account, typically within 2-3 business days thereafter.

If a dispute is raised during the review period, AnyCourt will investigate and may withhold, adjust, or reverse the payout at its sole discretion. AnyCourt also reserves the right to withhold or delay payment to a Seller at any time if there is suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.

Listing review and removal

AnyCourt may, at its sole discretion, review, reject, remove, or cancel any listing or transaction for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud or misrepresentation; duplicate listings; listings that appear to violate venue or booking provider terms; or any conduct that AnyCourt considers harmful to the marketplace or its users.

AnyCourt reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these marketplace terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly fails to deliver bookings as described.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FortyThirty Ltd (trading as AnyCourt), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the marketplace; any listing you create or transaction you enter into; any breach of these terms or any representation or warranty you have made; any violation of applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms (including those of any venue, booking provider, or local authority); or any dispute between you and another user.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts
  • Share your account with others
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit alert information
  • Use automated tools to access the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable alerts but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party venue websites which may change or become unavailable.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AnyCourt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • We are not liable for missed bookings, unavailable slots, refused or cancelled booking transfers, or any losses arising from use of the service or the marketplace
  • We are not liable for any actions taken by venues, booking providers, local authorities, or councils in relation to bookings listed or purchased on the marketplace, including refusal of entry, cancellation of bookings, or account suspension on third-party platforms
  • We are not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the total fees you paid to AnyCourt in the 12 months before the claim arose

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of AnyCourt after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
