Account information

• Name

• Selected venues and areas
• Preferred days, dates and times
• Slot duration preferences
• Favourite venues

Subscription information

• Whether you hold an AnyCourt Pro subscription, its plan, and its renewal or expiry date
• An anonymous App Store transaction identifier so we can match Apple's receipts to your account

Payment for AnyCourt Pro is taken by Apple through the App Store. We never see your card details.

Bookings, matches and messages

• Bookings you choose to track in the app, and the players you add to a match
• Match scores you record
• Messages you send through in-app conversations, including any attachments
• Shared booking links you create, and anonymous click counts on them

Marketplace

• Listings you create, including proof screenshots of the booking
• Transactions you take part in, and any dispute messages
• Your Stripe Connect account identifier if you sell on the marketplace

Technical data

• Push notification tokens (to send you alerts)
• Device type and operating system
• An App Check attestation that confirms requests come from a genuine copy of the app
• Usage analytics (which screens and features you use)

Searches

• The venues, areas, dates and times you search for, so we can show recent searches and improve results

Location data

We may request access to your device location to show nearby courts and to sort results by distance. Location is used on the device and in the request that fetches nearby courts. It is not permanently stored.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Show live court availability and provide court alerts based on your preferences
• Send you push notifications and emails about courts that free up, and receipts for marketplace transactions
• Provide and verify your AnyCourt Pro subscription
• Run the marketplace, including payments, payouts, refunds and disputes
• Power bookings, matches, shared booking links and in-app messaging
• Improve the app through usage analytics
• Respond to support enquiries

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase - Database, authentication and file storage (privacy policy)
• Apple - App Store purchases and AnyCourt Pro subscription billing (privacy policy)
• Firebase (Google) - Push notification delivery, App Check and remote configuration (privacy policy)
• Mixpanel - Usage analytics (privacy policy)
• Stripe - Marketplace payments and seller payouts (privacy policy)
• Resend - Transactional email delivery (privacy policy)
• Google Places - Venue photos and public reviews shown on venue pages. No personal data is sent (privacy policy)
• Vercel - Website hosting and privacy-friendly page analytics (privacy policy)

Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in the EU (eu-west region). Some providers above process data in the United States under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent safeguards.

Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from the app's settings at any time, or by emailing us. When you do, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records of marketplace payments that we must keep for tax and accounting purposes, and anything we are otherwise required to retain by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to processing of your personal data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Cookies

The AnyCourt website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on our website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app.
