Technical data
- Push notification tokens (to send you alerts)

Search queries
- Natural language search queries entered in the chat search feature
- These queries are sent to our servers and processed using AI to understand your search intent
Location data
We may request access to your device location to show nearby courts. When you use the chat search feature, your approximate location may be sent to our servers to return relevant nearby results. Location data is not permanently stored.
How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Provide court availability alerts based on your preferences
- Send you email and push notifications about available slots
- Process natural language search queries using AI to find relevant court availability
- Improve the app through anonymised usage analytics
- Respond to support enquiries
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase -Database and authentication (privacy policy)
- Firebase Analytics -Usage analytics (privacy policy)
- Mixpanel -Usage analytics (privacy policy)
- RevenueCat - iOS app management (privacy policy)
- Stripe - Marketplace payment processing (privacy policy)
- OpenAI - AI-powered search query processing (privacy policy). Search queries are sent to OpenAI to interpret your search intent. We use OpenAI's API, which does not use your data to train their models.
Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in the EU (eu-west region).
Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to processing of your personal data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
